After four more years of schooling she completed her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in June of 2009.
At 2 days of age she would not sleep, cried constantly and refused any source of nourishment. Like in many births, forceps were used to help in the birthing process. Desperate for a way to help Tatyana, her mother took her to a chiropractor. It was on this visit that he found tight muscles and a blocked cervical joint in her neck. This is what chiropractors call a vertebral subluxation. It was only after an adjustment of this subluxation that she was able to latch and sleep through the night. In fact Tatyana slept so soundly that her mother had to wake her for feedings.
Dr. Tatyana believes that all members of your family, from infants and athletes to grandma and grandpa, can benefit from chiropractic care. When the spine is in alignment your brain can communicate with your body without any interuption. This in turn will help you function at 100% of your maximum vitality. She offers a wide range of treatment types including diversified, koren specific technique, muscle release therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue treatment. She also is trained in dispensing custom orthotics and will be liscenced to perform accupuncture in April 2010.

Dr. Leo Asks some important questions of interest to Nepean residents - Chiropractor Nepean Dr. Leo Asks...

What's the difference between sick care and health care?
Sick care is largely about relieving or suppressing symptoms. Health care is about improving performance. While sick care is about how you feel, health care is about how you function. Sick care is what you do to treat an obvious problem, and health care is what you do to avoid the problem and advance your well-being.
How do chiropractors help ADHD?
There is agreement that ADHD is a nervous system disorder. And while chiropractic isn't a treatment for ADHD, if your child has vertebral subluxation complexes, resolving them will often produce profound results. Click here to learn why more and more Nepean parents are choosing natural chiropractic care rather than dangerous psychotropic drugs.
